Terms for registration and participation

1. Registration

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment processing through Stripe and receipt of the related confirmation email.

Attendees must provide accurate and complete information. Student rates are subject to verification. If proof of student status is not provided or verification is not successful, the registration may be cancelled or the attendee may be required to pay the difference up to the regular registration fee.

2. Fees and deadlines

Early-bird rates apply through June 1, 2026. Registrations from June 2, 2026 onward are subject to late registration fees.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations requested by June 5, 2026 are eligible for a refund minus credit card transaction fees. After June 5, 2026, registration fees are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be sent by email to supporto@seedsbit.com including the attendee name, registration email, payment date, and reason for cancellation.

4. Privacy and data processing

Personal data are processed for registration, payment, participation management, and related administrative purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
